At Y-notsupport, we are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, from ages 12 to seniors.
Our mission is to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, can access the necessary supports to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life.
We offer a variety of personalised services to meet the unique needs of each participant, including:
- Personal care
- Daily life assistance (help with personal activities and with life stage transition)
- Travel and transport services
- Social and community participation
- Employment assistance (including resume preparation and job access support)
Our 8-seater van and additional vehicles are available for group and individual activities.
